Return & Refund Policy

At Tiravelia, every product is eligible for return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including sale items, accessories, shoes, made-to-order items, and custom-sized items. Returns within this period are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return conditions

Please return the item in the condition received, unworn and unaltered, with its original tags and accessories where applicable. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos; this condition requirement does not limit your rights for such issues. We will explain any issue found during inspection before resolving a return.

Return shipping

Tiravelia pays the return shipping cost for all approved returns, including returns for preference, sizing, defective items, and incorrect items. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and a prepaid label or another store-paid return method. Do not send returns to our company office address without instructions.

How to request a return

Email service@tiravelia.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return.
We will provide return instructions and a store-paid return method.
Send the item back following those instructions. Please retain proof of shipment.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive and inspect the return, we will process an eligible refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. If you prefer an exchange, contact us and we will help arrange one, subject to availability. No restocking fee applies.

Cancellations

Any order may be canceled for a full refund before it ships, including custom-sized and made-to-order orders. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day return policy above applies instead.
