How do I place an order?

Choose a style and size, review the product details and delivery estimate, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout. Your confirmation will be sent by email.

How do I choose my size?

Measure your bust, waist, hips, and hollow-to-floor length. Compare your measurements with the product size chart and our Size Guide. Contact us if you need help.

What if my dress does not fit?

Contact customer service with your order details to arrange a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Will my dress need alterations?

Formal dresses may need minor alterations for the best fit. Allow time for adjustments before your event.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and delivery depend on the style and availability. Refer to the product page, checkout estimate, and Shipping Policy for details.

When should I order?

Allow enough time for processing, delivery, and possible alterations. For event dresses, ordering several weeks ahead is recommended.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All products can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery for a refund. Tiravelia pays return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee. Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund, including custom-sized orders.

How do I start a return?

Email service@tiravelia.com with your order number and request. Wait for authorization and shipping instructions before returning an item.

Which items are eligible?

Items must meet the condition requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-sized and sale items are also eligible. Please review the policy for return condition and instructions.
